Account & Profile Data: School name, principal/owner email, contact number, city, and campus profile details.
Student Roster Data: Student names, roll numbers, class/section assignments, father/guardian details, address, and WhatsApp contact numbers.
Staff & Teacher Records: Teacher names, assigned subjects, phone numbers, roles (Teacher, Support Staff), and salary ledger records.
Academic & Operational Records: Fee payment logs, daily class attendance, teacher subject diaries, test/exam marks, and system notification alerts.
2How We Use Your Data
All data uploaded to Schooling Panel is used strictly for providing and improving core school operations:
To display real-time school dashboards, attendance heatmaps, and 12-month fee & salary ledgers.
To allow teachers to mark class attendance, submit daily lesson diaries, and enter test marks.
To facilitate automated Excel and ZIP backup exports for school owners.
To send verification codes (OTP) and password reset instructions upon requested account recovery.

Our Commitment: Your school data belongs 100% to your school. Schooling Panel does NOT sell, rent, monetize, or share your student, staff, or financial records with third-party advertisers.
We employ strict industry-standard access controls. Database records are encrypted at rest and in transit using SSL/TLS encryption. Separate tenant queries isolate your school’s data from all other institutions on the platform.
4Data Portability & Backups
Schooling Panel empowers school owners to export full data backups at any time directly from the Owner Dashboard. You can download your complete institutional records as separate, neatly organized `.xlsx` files inside a ZIP folder or as a multi-tab master Excel file.
