1Account Creation & Authorized Roles

Schooling Panel enforces role-based access control to maintain school operational security:

• Owner Accounts: Granted full platform control, campus metrics oversight, subscription controls, and automated ZIP/Excel data backup export rights.
• Principal Accounts: Responsible for school roster oversight, fee ledgers, staff salary records, daily attendance reports, teacher diary approvals, and staff notification alerts.
• Teacher Accounts: Restricted to assigned classes and subjects only for marking attendance, submitting daily lesson diaries, and entering test marks.

2User Responsibilities & Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (email and password). Any action taken under an authenticated user session is deemed authorized by the account holder.

• Users must provide accurate, real school information during registration and profile updates.
• Unauthorized sharing of administrative credentials outside designated school management is strictly prohibited.

3Ownership of School Data

Schooling Panel grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to utilize the SaaS features during your active subscription period.

4System Availability & Backups

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the platform across web and mobile web browsers. Scheduled server maintenance will be communicated via in-app alert notifications.

While we perform automated database snapshots, school owners are encouraged to regularly download backup packages (ZIP/Excel) via the Data Backups section.

5Termination & Contact

You may request account closure at any time. Upon termination, owners retain the right to export a complete copy of their data before final account deactivation.
